1. How long will my new hair system last?

Regarding to the unit life time, it depends on the base models you choose.
We have 3 types of thinskin thickness, 0.03mm-0.04mm, 0.06mm-0.08mm,0.10mm-0.12mm
1. 0.03mm-0.04mm is the Ultra Thin Skin pieces, it is also called Disposable thin skin unit, the life span is 1-2 monthes.
2. 0.06mm-0.08mm is the regular thin skin base, the life span is 3-6 monthes.
3. 0.10mm-0.12mm is the skin poly, the life span is 6+ monthes.
4. Lace base is about 10-12 monthes.
5. Mono lace base is about 12-18 monthes.
All these are on the basis of your proper maintainance.

2. How soon can I get the hair system?

For stock orders:
If the units you ordered are in stock, we will send the parcel out within 24 hours, and normally you will get it in 2-4 working days.
If they are on production line, we will tell you the exact time of delivery by email. Usually we can arrange the delivery for you within 2 weeks.

For custom orders:
The production cycle is about 8 to 10 weeks.

3. How to measure the base size?

Please send back the mold (with the hair sample) by using DHL, UPS, or FedEx. If you sent it by other Express, it would be slow and unsafe.
Make sure the value to be under 9USD and said item is: Sample

4. What is the contour shape of the stock order?

The contour shape of our stock order is CC contour. It’s the third one in the picture.
If you want other shapes, our factory can make a custom order.
